The Welcome Team For Villa Kalmaro

The welcome team in Cyprus are a great team of people. They have been living in Cyprus full time since 2003. They started in business in Cyprus as a support services company, looking after one or two villas for friends. Soon after other owners realised that the ‘Delia’ team delivered such an excellent and reliable service that they have taken on other villas and are building a very reputable services company all along the east coast of Cyprus.

The Welcome Team will visit you the day after your arrival. If you choose to let us arrange you airport transfers then the taxi firm will spend 15 minutes taking you through the essential parts of the villa, air conditioning, lights, swimming pool etc. The following day the Welcome Team will visit you to make sure everything is ok. They will answer any questions you may have regarding the villa, places to eat etc etc.

The Welcome Team are also responsible for the maintenance of the villa and the cleaning of the pool, so you are in good hands.

You will also have a starter grocery pack with bread, butter, milk, jam, water and a few other basic essentials to tide you over until you get to the local supermarket when settled.

We also have a mini market that is within walking distance who also have a fairly limited but useful range of groceries, drinks and ice lollies.
