Villa Ekleeseea is a detached villa and has 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is a balcony leading off the upstairs hall and master bedroom, with great views of the sea and a small quaint Greek Orthodox Church. On the ground floor the villa has a spacious open plan living room, dining and kitchen area with a very practical downstairs toilet. The villa is very well appointed throughout and includes a LCD flat screen TV, Satellite Television, DVD player, microwave, electric cooker and air conditioning throughout. The standard of decor is very high and the villa is well maintained by our local management team. There is a private 8 x 3 m pool and the pool area is great for sunbathing. There is also an outdoor shower and BBQ area.

Villa Kalmaro is a luxury 3 bedroom bungalow with a large 11 x 6m swimming pool. We had the villa built to suit our own family and with 4 kids it has proved to be ideal. The privacy of the pool area is a place where we chill out under the gazebo and let the kids play in the pool from morning till dusk. Europe’s largest water park is only 5 minutes away but the kids prefer our pool. The villa is very comfortable and we have tried to make it a real home from home. Since having a villa holiday we have found that a hotel holiday seems cramped and restricting. The area of Ayia Thekla is quiet, has no hotels in the area and is a great place to relax under the sun. The villa is 500m from the seashore and Cyprus in our opinion…. Is a brilliant place to eat great food, sample local Cypriot wines and enjoy great sunshine all year round.

Fitted modern wooden kitchen with granite worktops, electric cooker. Fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board and filtered water dispenser.
The open plan living dining area has a comfortable L-shaped brown leather sofa and matching armchair. Coffee table, LCD screen TV, Satellite and DVD. The dining table is solid wood and can seat 6 to 8 people.
Property cleaned prior to arrival and each week if 2 weeks booked, bed linen included (1 set per week). Hand towels and tea towels included. Bath and beach towels are not included. Normally there are inflatable pool toys, buckets and spades for the kids. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra charge. Baby cot and highchair available on request.
